Pastor Thomas K. Fryman, Jr. received the Lord Jesus Christ as his Saviour in 1970 at the Central Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He was called into the ministry the same year. Upon graduation from high school, he enrolled in Baptist Bible College of Springfield, Missouri. While there, he met and married his wife, Penny. They both graduated in 1974.
After working as youth director for eighteen months, Pastor Fryman felt the need for additional training. He enrolled in Bob Jones University, graduating with a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and a M.A. in Church Administration.
He was called to pastor Cornerstone Baptist Church of Massillon, Ohio in June of 1980. He is still serving in this capacity today. In addition to being the pastor, he taught for seventeen years at the Massillon Baptist College.
Pastor Fryman and Penny have three children. Joshua is the Pastor of New Testament Baptist Church in Larimore, N.D. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters. Kenny is the Assistant Pastor of the Mesa Baptist Church in Rio Rancho, N.M. Kenny and his wife, Brenda, have a daughter and a son. Jennifer is serving the Lord with her two sons in Massillon, OH. Pastor Fryman and his family hope that the ministry of Cornerstone Baptist Church can have a lasting impact on the Massillon, Ohio area.
