Pastor Thomas K. Fryman, Jr. received the Lord Jesus Christ as
his Saviour in 1970 at the Central Baptist Church, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He was called into
the ministry the same year. Upon graduation from high school he enrolled in Baptist Bible
College, of Springfield, Missouri. While there he met and married his wife, Penny.
They both graduated in 1974. After working as youth director for eighteen months,
Pastor Fryman felt the need for additional training. He enrolled in Bob Jones University,
graduating with a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and a M.A. in Church Administration. He was
called to pastor the Cornerstone Baptist Church, of Massillon, Ohio, in June of 1980. He
is still serving in this capacity today. In addition to pastoring, he has taught for
fourteen years at the Massillon Baptist College; he serves on the advisory board for an
adult day-care provider; and on the board of directors for a ministry for troubled girls.
Pastor Fryman and Penny have three children, Joshua, Kenneth and Jennifer.
Pastor Fryman and his family hope that the ministry of Cornerstone Baptist Church can have
a lasting impact on the Massillon, Ohio area.
